Signature 8 is a wholesale distributor.  This site is an industry site for companies that intend to resale for their customers.   A government issued business license or seller’s permit is required to register and purchase with us.

By placing an order at Signature8.net
A customer read/understand Signature 8’s return policy;  a customer authorize Signature 8 to process the order; a customer agrees to pay order amount and shipping &handling fee; a customer authorize Signature 8 to file and charge provided credit card for the order; a customer agrees that he/she will not initiate any dispute on the credit card transaction in the future, for the reason of “No Cardholder Authorization”; a customer will provide with copy of proof of identity and ownership of the credit card upon request.

Standard shipping charges will apply to all orders.  All orders received  after 12:00 pm (PST) will be processed next business day.

Return Policy
All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. 
Only exchanges and merchandise credit will be allowed. 
Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all items being returned.
RA# request for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging. There is a 20% restocking fee on ALL RETURNING MERCHANDISE FOR CREDIT after 5days. 
Items must be returned within 3 days of receiving your RA#. There is a 20% restocking fee on ALL RETURNING MERCHANDISEFOR CREDIT after 3 days.
It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit. 
Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages). 
Items returned after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted. 
NO EXCEPTIONS. 
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
